be-on! consulting & training  is a company that specializes in team building exercises and corporate training in the areas of motivation, comunication, interpersonal relationships and client service to list a few.

The company wanted a logo that emphasized the idea of always being on top of your game, ready for any task and full of bright ideas. That is how the concept of using a light bulb came into play for the logo design.

For their latest team building exercise, be-on! decided to create a flash mob. The team building was designed for a private insurance company and it involved taking executives out of their comfort zone. The music selected for the flash mob was the mash up of Umbrella/Singin in the Rain. From that I created and designed the overall look of the event: “It’s Raining Great Ideas!”  The artwork for the posters, t-shirts, and video was built around the colors of be-on!’s logo.

The element of rain was used in the creation of video promo teasers hinting at was going to take place without revealing the idea of a flash mob. The event took by surprise customers of San Patricio Plaza Mall located in Puerto Rico, on Friday, February 8 at 4:30 pm.
